BE broadband UK said that its new website which was lauched a month ago received overwhelming response from BE members. Most of the members who gave their feedback via BE member forum thought the colours are too bright and the fonts also need a change.

Before redesigning, Be ISP will work on three options to improve the website – colours, fonts and design. Be Internet Service Provider thinks further feedback it receives from the customers will help bring new changes in the respecitive area.  So, the BE members may vote for their favourite through BE member forum to help the broadband provider to come with a temporary solution in early September.

Be provider will setup a design group made up of BE broadband members to analyse the feedback and to advise the UK ISP what needs to be changed.
