On-site IT support for BE broadband customers

Be Broadband customers will get on-site IT support as the ISP has signed a deal with Geeks-on-Wheels, the solution provider company for IT problems. As per the deal, BE members can get assistance and support from Geeks-on-Wheels whenever they face problems related to virus, spyware, data recovery, internet security and software installation & configuration. Though the service is not entirely free, but it comes with 15% off only for BE customers, the UK broadband ISP said.

For the BE broadband customers in London, the service (Home user call-out rates) will cost £63.75 for the first hour and then £31.88 per thirty minutes thereafter. However, the support will cost £55.25 for the first hour and then £25.50 per thirty minutes thereafter, in Sussex, Surrey and Kent.

New customers of Geeks on Wheels will get two months free broadband and free setup when they sign up the deal with Be ISP. New BE broadband customers need to enter the code ‘GEEKS’ during signup to get this special offer (with IT support) which is valid until the October end, BE broadband stated.

Oli White, Head of Marketing at BE broadband provider, said:

“We’re delighted to team up with Geeks-on-Wheels to give our members the best value when they need professional IT support at home. This partnership allows us to continue to provide the excellent service that BE members expect.”
