Unlimited call packages for BT Business customers

UK broadband provider BT will offer unlimited fixed line call packages for its  business customers. The new BT Business One Plan inclusive packages will offer unlimited calls to UK landlines, UK mobiles, international destinations and 0845 and 0870 numbers for £15 per month, it was reported. Customers will get £2.50 off on the monthly cost, if they take the unlimited package on a VoIP line.

BT Business cusotmers will also get 500 free UK calling minutes per month (fixed or VoIP).  BT says, new package can be bundled with its broadband and mobile deals to make great savings. Getting all services under one plan could help the customers to check their monthly spend, the provider suggested.

“Giving unlimited fixed line calling to businesses in this way is a first and will shake-up the market. Businesses are continuously striving to manage their costs better, but also need to stay connected to their customers to thrive. With a low fixed monthly fee we are the only provider to offer businesses such great peace of mind. By removing the worry that unexpected costs can bring, companies now have more time to focus on what they do best and look after their business.”

Latest Business Pulse 2009 survey on small businesses revealed that nearly half (42%) of BT business customers could significantly cut their business costs during slowdown. 

The unlimited package is available to customers of BT Business One Plan, One Plan Plus and One Plan Traditional and customers can combine their broadband and calls from only £27.50 per month

Customers of BT Business One Plan will receive single bill for all services and for all customer services and billing enquires, BT business customers will need to access just one number.
