87 percent of UK businesses have broadband connection

Around 87% of UK businesses have broadband connections while 6.8 million UK employees use internet at their work places, the latest survey from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) shows.

More than three-fourths of firms with more than 10 workers have online presence via their websites. However, just 15% of them reported online sales, according to the ONS research. more »
