YouGov survey names T-Mobile the best UK mobile broadband provider
The recent survey conducted by YouGov named the UK mobile ISP, T-Mobile as the best mobile broaband provider UK in eight out of 15 categories. T-Mobile topped the categories like ease of use, installation, cost vs data usage (best value), consumer service, billing, download and upload speeds.
YouGov, the UK anlayst firm made this survey on a large sample of 2068 mobile broadband internet users in July.
Steve Mitchell, the Head of post-pay marketing for T-Mobile UK, said:
“Our sustained success in what is probably the UK’s most comprehensive and regular sampling of mobile broadband customer satisfaction, shows that customers rate us highly for value for money and levels of service.”
T-Mobile broadband deals offer up to 4.5 Mbps download speed and are available with Pay As You Go and monthly contracts.
