O2 broadband wins Which Award
Broadband Review site, Which? has named the internet provider and UK mobile operator, O2 the Best Technology Services Provider of this year.
The competitors who were shortlisted for 2010 Which? awards included PlusNet and the Utlilty Warehouse and other service providers who offer a range of services such as broadband, home phone, TV and mobile phone.
O2 was picked out as the winner for its excellent home broadband and mobile services and for its superior performance in most of the customer satisfaction polls across the country.
According to Peter Vicary-Smith, the CEO of Which?, O2 products and services most importantly deliver exceptional value and a great customer experience.
Recently, the ISP launched its home phone bundles for its existing broadband customers who can add home phone and mobile for just £17 per month, including the line rental.
