Zen Internet and Plusnet named the best broadband providers

Zen Internet, a small ISP in terms of subscriptions and coverage, has won the Best Internet Provider award for offering outstanding service to its customers in terms of reliability of connection, speed, money value and customer support.

The online magazine PC Advisor’s annual Home Broadband Survey also named BT Infinity the best superfast broadband service and its subsdiary, Plusnet, the best affordable broadband provider.

All these internet service providers received more than 90% of votes of satisfaction, when it comes to download speed, tech support and customer service. More than 95% of the respondents expressed their over-all satisfaction with their services as a whole.

The survey that was based on answers from 6k respondents also showed Zen and Plusnet would be recommended by 97.6% and 91.1% of customers respectively.

Best superfast service BT Infinity scored 91.3% of customer satisfaction votes, compared to Zen Internet (98.8%) and Plusnet (98.3%).

By contrast, 96% of people expressed their over-all satisfaction with Virgin Media Cable broadband.
