Free connection offer with Virgin Media cable broadband bundles
Virgin Media broadband cable will offer free connection to the new customers until 11 May, when they sign up for its triple-play packages that include broadband, phone and TV services.
There is also two months free broadband offer on its package deal that offer 10Mb broadband, weekend calls and 65 digital TV channels for just £18. However, the line rental will cost an extra £11.99 a month.
The special offers will help new subscribers to save up to £71.
Virgin Media is currently the fastest UK service provider offering two unlimited, super-fast packages. Its XL and XXL packages offer 20Mb and 50Mb speeds respectively. The provider has reported cable broadband subscriptions of over 4.18 million and a a total of 57,900 XXL customers by the end of Q1 2010.
While its on-going 200Mb downstream and 20Mb upstream speed trials are underway in selected sites, the cable operator is also planning to roll-out 100Mbps broadband by the year end.
