Neil Berkett, the CEO of Virgin Media, says the new and existing customers continue to prefer higher value products such as super-fast broadband or competitively priced broadband bundles.
“This demand underpinned growth across all our product lines and record ARPU which, combined with stable churn, drove a 6% increase in consumer cable revenue and 55% free cash flow growth.” he continued.
More than half of Virgin Media’s customers (60.5%) have taken up to three services (broadband bundles that include broadband, TV and phone) while one in ten customers also add Virgin Mobile, thus using all the four services (quadplay).
