BT Sports TV customers can now get the service on a flexible monthly subscription without broadband and line rental, it has been revealed.
BT Sport TV pack which can be added to BT broadband for £10 per month has so far been exclusive to broadband customers of the provider. However, BT has now allowed non-BT broadband customers to sign up on monthly basis for the premium TV pack for the first time.
The new monthly pass which would cost £25 a month will give customers access to BT Sport 1, 2 & 3 channels, Box Nation and BT Sport ESPN in HD and 4K resolution on multiple devices like TV, Xbox, PS4, Samsung TV and Apple TV using BT Sport App.
BT’s premium TV service which offers the Premier League, UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League matches comes as a part of its TV & Broadband packages.
BT Sport TV is also available with selected Virgin Media TV bundles and Sky TV packages as an add-on that would cost from £16 extra a month.
When it comes to pricing, triple-play broadband (50Mb speed), phone (free weekend calls) and TV (105+ channels) bundles from BT are the best way to get BT Sport on the cheapest price (from £38 a month), although, the new monthly pass is great option for BT Sport lovers who want to take the TV pack on its own.
