TalkTalk broadband prices are fixed until 2018 so customers would pay fixed price for the life of the contract they have signed up for.

Other major internet providers BT and Sky have already announced they rise broadband, line rental and call prices in March and April 2017.

According to regulator Ofcom regulations, existing broadband customers are allowed to quit their service providers penalty free within a month, if they are unhappy with price hike.

As such, TalkTalk’s fixed price plans could help customers avoid inflation busting increases in prices that happen every year or even when the contract is not over.

Along side cheaper home phone call plans, TalkTalk also offers mobile plans at discounted prices to its broadband customers.
