UK Communications regulator Ofcom has today ordered TalkTalk UK to provide refunds to more than 62,000 customers who were affected by its billing issues for more than a year.

According to Ofcom, the home broadband and phone provider should refund the amount it has billed for cancelled services as well as make goodwill payments to cover the legal cost that some of its customers had to bear due to the ISP’s legal proceedings. more »
