T-Mobile UK (formerly, Mercury One2One) was acquired by German company, Deutsche Telekom in 1999. The provider launched its 3G mobile broadband service in the middle of 2003.

The fourth largest mobile broadband ISP in UK with 15% market share, T-Mobile has more than 16.6 million subscribers to its mobile and broadband services.

In 2008, T-Mobile and 3 Mobile have agreed to share their 3G networks.

In 2007, T-Mobile introduced pay as you go mobile broadband offers in UK and launched its laptop bundles with mobile broadband in the early 2009.

Last year, Orange and T-Mobile have announced the merger of these two firms in UK and the deal is expected to be completed by this year.

T-Mobile offers flexible options while choosing your mobile broadband. If you are interested in its pay monthly deals, you can choose either 3GB or 5GB monthly usage allowance on a 18 or 24 month contract.

If you choose T-Mobile’s pay as you go broadband, you will pick anyone of these tariff plans – £2 a day, £7 for a week or £15 a month.
